Should eat before exercise so that the weight quickly come down?- This question has long been debated scientists. And researchers from the University of Bath, United Kingdom, uncovering it.
The study, published in the American Journal of Physiology involved a group of men with excess weight. They were asked to walk for 60 minutes with empty stomach conditions. In other sessions, they were given a high carbohydrate breakfast two hours before exercise.
To measure the results of the findings, the researchers took some samples of blood and fatty tissue. Participants who ate the fat tissues turns out sport before busy responding to food when sports took place than the sports participants with an empty stomach.
That is, a sport that is expected to improve the quality of body fat tissue is not achieved. As well as less participants retain health benefits in the long term.
Other findings, there are two genes in the body called PDK4 and HSL increases after fasting and working out. However, both of these genes decrease when participants eat and exercise.
Seeing this, the researchers concluded, the sport with an empty stomach does not help lose weight faster.
